Shipping policy

Shipping is available Australia wide and the cost is calculated at check out based on weight/size of order and location. 

Shipping Within Australia

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and packed before it’s out for delivery.  Then allow 2-6 Business days for your delivery to arrive once your items have left the warehouse.

You will receive tracking information along the way (keep an eye on your junk mail as sometimes these emails land there). If your location is rural your delivery may take a little longer, up to 10 days.

Something Not Right With Your Order?

Please note all orders are sent as Authority To Leave. Please ensure you enter an address that is safe to leave the parcel if no-one is home. If your address is entered at the checkout incorrectly and your order is sent back to our warehouse we will require shipping of $9 to be paid again to re-send your item. We cannot refund based on an incorrect address received. Unfortunately, we do not cancel or refund accepted orders.
